Learn How to Have Fierce Conversations
A Fierce Conversations course will be offered on March 12-13, 2009, in Conference Rooms 3 & 4 in the Heartland Johnston office. This workshop is based on the book Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott and will provide participants with opportunities to practice the structured conversations from her book.
